I’m a little behind, but I have been keeping up on one new recipe a week. Two weeks ago, I found a recipe for Crack Chicken and it was super good…even if I didn’t follow the directions. I got so confused. I was supposed to cooked the veggies in the same pot as the rice. I totally forgot. I did get some carrots in there, but that was it. I wound up cooking the chicken, onion and peppers all together. Despite my blunders, it came out really good! The leftovers were perfect for lunches throughout the week. Below is link to the recipe.
